Interface	Buyer input
Electrical	Fan and basin-heater voltage, phase and frequency at the US plant, plus any VFD or starter package that must travel with the tower.
Utilities	Circulating-water flow, makeup and blowdown tie-ins, basin drain, and whether water treatment is owner-furnished or quoted as a named package.
Controls	Fan staging or speed signal, basin-level interlocks, and the protocol expected at the plant DCS or BMS.
